Legal Basis for Processing
This site processes data primarily based on user consent. Consent is given through the banner at the bottom of the page or through the use or consultation of the site, which is considered a conclusive action. By using or browsing the site, visitors and users approve this privacy notice and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including the possible sharing of data with third parties when necessary to provide a service. Through communication or service request forms, additional consents may be collected for the specific purpose of the service.
The provision of data and consent to collect and process data is optional. The user may refuse consent or withdraw any previously granted consent at any time (via the banner at the bottom of the page, browser settings for cookies, or the contact link). However, denying consent may make it impossible to provide certain services, and the browsing experience on the site may be compromised.
Purpose of Processing
The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to being necessary for the provision of the service, serves the following purposes:
– Statistics (analysis)
Collection of data and information in an aggregated and anonymous form to verify the proper functioning of the site.
None of this information is related to the physical person – the user of the site, and cannot in any way identify them. Consent is not required.
– Security
Collection of data and information to protect the security of the site (anti-spam filters, firewall, virus detection) and users, and to prevent or expose fraud or abuse affecting the website. The data is automatically registered and may include personal data (IP address), which could be used, in accordance with current laws, to block attempts to damage the site or harm other users, or any harmful or criminal activities. This data is never used to identify or profile the user and is periodically deleted. Consent is not required.
– Ancillary Activities
Sharing data with third parties that perform necessary or instrumental functions for the operation of the service, and allowing third parties to carry out technical, logistical, and other activities on our behalf. Providers have access only to the personal data necessary to perform their tasks, commit to not using the data for other purposes, and are required to process personal data in compliance with applicable laws.
Location of Processing
The data collected by the site is processed at the Data Controller’s premises and at the web hosting data centre (SiteGround Italia Srl, Via Agnello 8, Milan 20121, Italy), which processes the data on behalf of the controller and is located within the European Economic Area and complies with European regulations.
Data Retention Period
The data collected by the site during its operation is stored for the time strictly necessary to perform the specified activities. After the expiration of this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are other purposes for retaining them. Data (IP address) used for site security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) is retained for 7 days.
Transfer of Data to Non-EU Countries
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. Specifically, with Google, Facebook, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized under specific decisions by the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, particularly Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – see the information page of the Italian Data Protection Authority), so no additional consent is required. The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

No consent is needed for these cookies.
– Analytical Cookies, used directly by the site manager to collect information, in an aggregated form, about the number of users and how they visit the site. They are considered technical cookies if the service is anonymized.
